Of course my water/air heater broke on a very cold Saturday before Christmas. Between a Sunday, and Tuesday being Xmas Eve (where almost nobody was available), they were able to order my part and have me back up and running by Monday! Would/will recommend.

Our old furnace humidifier died. Called Prestige because they'd done an excellent job replacing a water heater several years ago and, again, had a very good experience. They were able to schedule the work for the next day, kept me informed of when they'd actually arrive to do the work, did what appears to be a very professional and totally mess-free installation. The installer was personable, friendly and professional; can't ask for more.
